Once this step is complete, we’ll move forward together on your journey.
Step #2: Book Your Onboarding Session
Your onboarding session with Sarah is your personalised introduction to the Accelerator. During this session, Sarah will explore the specific challenges you’re facing and guide you on where to start within the programme to make the biggest impact for your business.
This session will also help you navigate the programme’s layout, including accessing and understanding the content, using our supplemental tool to communicate directly with Sarah, accessing relevant links, and uploading important documents.
This is your opportunity to ensure you’re fully comfortable with the tools and resources available to you as you begin your journey.
Step #3: Complete the Business Owner Evaluation
We believe self-awareness is one of the most important aspects of being a business owner. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. The aim of the Peak Business Performance Accelerator is to help you improve the key areas that will make the biggest difference in your business. To do that, we first need to understand where you think you are now.
The information you provide will help tailor the programme to your specific needs, and we’ll revisit it throughout your journey to track your progress and celebrate your wins.
