I’m Sarah Jones, aka The Business Fixer I know what it's like to build something from nothing and to watch it nearly take everything from you in the process.
For seven years, I ran a law firm. I know the realities of leading a service-based business first-hand: the weight of carrying it all, the decisions that feel impossible, the sleepless nights, and the creeping realisation that the business you built to give you freedom has become anything but.
I navigated a regulatory investigation that led to both my breakdown and my breakthrough. I closed the firm, rebuilt my life, and created The Business Fixer because I did not want other business owners to learn the hard way what I had learned the hardest way.
I work with established service-based business owners who are ready to take their business to the next level without sacrificing their life, values, or sense of self to get there. That is not a tagline it is everything I wish someone had helped me understand when I needed it most.

How do I get my ticket?
Click any of the booking buttons on this page. You will be taken to the booking form where you select your ticket type and can add a VIP upgrade if you would like one. A confirmation email with everything you need will follow.
Is lunch provided?
The original In-Person VIP package including the hosted networking lunch is now closed. VIP Plus does not include lunch. There is an hour for lunch from 12:30–1:30pm; Firstsite has a café and there are plenty of options nearby in central Colchester.
Can I attend online if I am not local?
Absolutely. The full event is livestreamed simultaneously, so you can join from anywhere in the country. The Online VIP upgrade also includes virtual networking in Zoom breakout rooms so you can connect with other attendees wherever you are.
What is included in the in-person ticket?
All expert speaker sessions, two facilitated speed networking sessions, tea and coffee throughout the day, a printed programme, and Anthony Stears' book. A genuinely high-value day, regardless of whether you upgrade.
Is VIP Plus limited?
Yes. VIP Plus is limited to just 20 places. It gives you the full in-person experience plus additional access, resources and support, including reserved front seating, priority Q&A, the EBN VIP Connection Concierge, event recording, post-event accountability and 1:1 time with Sarah and your choice of speaker.
VIP Plus is £67 and does not include lunch.
Will there be time to ask questions?
Yes. The panel Q&A runs from 4:00pm to 4:45pm with all four speakers on stage together. VIP ticket holders — both in person and online — have priority access to submit questions.
What if I cannot make it on the day?
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else. VIP ticket holders who cannot attend in person may be able to transfer to VIP Online — please get in touch to discuss. Both VIP packages include the full event recording.

Is there parking at the venue?
There is no parking directly at FirstSite, but Priory Street Car Park is approximately a five minute walk from the venue and is the most convenient option for those driving. Colchester Town station is also less than ten minutes walk away, making the venue easily accessible by train.
