I’m Sarah Jones, aka The Business Fixer and I know what it’s like to face challenge after challenge in business. For seven years, I ran a law firm, and during that time I experienced first-hand the realities of running a service-based business; from attracting the right clients, to managing finances, leading a team, and building systems that actually worked.
It was through overcoming these obstacles and constantly seeking solutions through books, business coaches, and my own experiences that I developed the wealth of knowledge I have today. This hard-earned expertise is what drives me as a business performance coach, helping service-based businesses improve performance and grow without eveything depending on the owner.
What sets me apart is my deep understanding of the challenges you face, because I’ve been there myself. I’ve faced the sleepless nights, the overwhelm, and the fear that comes with running a business. And through it all, I’ve learned how to overcome those challenges, strengthen business performance, and maximise profitability.
